Martian Successor Nadesico (機動戦艦ナデシコ Kidō Senkan Nadeshiko) is one of the most popular anime series in Japan. It is also the name of a subsequent manga series by Kia Asamiya, which is alternatively titled Meteor Schlattschiff Nadesico (Mobile Battleship Nadesico).
