Barbara Brewster (19118-2005) was an American actress and dancer, and the twin sister of Gloria Brewster.[1][2] Barbara was born Naomi Jane Stevenson.[3] They were discovered at the San Diego County Fair by a studio official from 20th Century Fox.[4]

She and Gloria appeared in nine films in the 1930s and early 1940s, and were called "the Most Beautiful Twins in America" and billed as The Brewster Twins.[5][6] They were under contract to 20th Century Fox, and toured with the Three Stooges in 20th Century Fox promotions.[7]

Barbara later performed in plays in New York alongside Sophie Tucker, Montgomery Clift and other celebrities.[8][9] She appeared as a Stuart Morgan Dancer in High Kickers on Broadway in 1941.[10]

She and Gloria also entertained members of the military during World War II at USO shows.[11] Barbara met her future husband, Bob LeMond, at a USO while he was stationed in New Caledonia, and married him in 1946.[12] After her marriage she became a homemaker and mother.[13]

She died of congestive heart failure and pneumonia at age 87.[14]
