Christell with Hanoi Rocks in 2006

Andy "A. C." Christell (born 14 June 1964 in Stockholm, Sweden) is a Swedish bass guitarist known for playing in glam rock outfit Electric Boys[1] and for Hanoi Rocks. He is a friend of Conny Bloom and the two played together growing up.[citation needed] Christell was recruited into Hanoi Rocks in 2004, shortly after Bloom. Although Christell had considered giving up the bass prior to this, Bloom and former bandmate Andy McCoy were able to persuade him otherwise. His passions include collecting Ed Wood and Vincent Price DVDs.
