The 1941 NCAA gymnastics championships were contested at the fourth annual NCAA-sanctioned gymnastics meet to determine the team and individual national champions of men's collegiate gymnastics among its member programs in the United States.[1]

For the fourth year, the championships were hosted by the University of Chicago at the Henry Crown Field House in Chicago, Illinois.

Two-time defending champions Illinois finished on top of the team standings again, the Fighting Illini's third title.

The individual all-around championship was shared by Courtney Shanken from Chicago.
