Brione is a former municipality of the district of Locarno in the canton of Ticino in Switzerland.
On 17 October 2020 the former municipalities of Brione (Verzasca), Corippo, Frasco, Sonogno and Vogorno merged to form the new municipality of Verzasca.[3]
