Other images from this uploader have been sourced to a company which, when uploader was questioned, are claimed to have "permission for Wikipedia and no other use." If this is the same situation, which seems likely, then the image's licensing is not compatible with Wikipedia. (ESkog)(Talk) 00:04, 11 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This appears to be a promotional image for some sort of electronics device. There is no evidence to believe that the uploader is the copyright owner. -FASTILY (TALK) 01:57, 11 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Image comes from http://www.millard.k12.ut.us/schools/dhs/backdefault.htm (direct link http://www.millard.k12.ut.us/schools/dhs/school2.jpg), no evidence of PD permission or reason to believe that uploader is, in fact, the copyright holder B (talk) 03:19, 11 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I have OTRS access and can confirm that the referenced ticket is specific to the Animal Liberation Front (ALF), which does not seem to be affiliated with the ARM. I suspect this tag has been copy-pasted from another animal rights image. (ESkog)(Talk) 03:30, 11 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Wittgenstein died 1951, his work is not public domain. No matter the photograph is self-taken or not - otherwise copying the photograph of a 3D object is a copyright violation already - the photo is a derivative work of the statue and not free. --Martin H. (talk) 09:30, 11 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Appears to be a slightly altered version of this image[1]. That website is copyrighted to Michael Procario[2]. There is nothing to indicate that Mister Alcohol, who claims to be called Alberto García, is the same person. JD554 (talk) 19:23, 11 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Another field-level action shot from a sporting event, which is low resolution and lacking metadata. All signs point to this being a professional picture from some other source. (ESkog)(Talk) 21:12, 11 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
