Image is for sale (there is a "buy" link on the source site) and so hosting here fails WP:NFCC#2 Peripitus (Talk) 07:57, 30 January 2016 (UTC)

Fails WP:NFCC#8. We don't need a hand-written address in Fukien combined with non-free stamps made by other people in order to understand this article. Stefan2 (talk) 12:52, 30 January 2016 (UTC)

Violation of WP:NFG and WP:NFCC#3a. We don't need this many non-free paintings. It would probably be fine to keep one example of each art style (meaning two images in total, I think). --Stefan2 (talk) 12:59, 30 January 2016 (UTC)

Fails WP:NFCC#8 and WP:NFLISTS in Scouting and Guiding in Paraguay. The article is a list of multiple organisations and shouldn't contain the logos of those organisations. Instead, the logos should only be used in articles about the organisations themselves. It can also be debated if the words 'collection of Chris' satisfy WP:NFCC#10a, but I suspect that this is a scan of a badge, and I don't know how to properly indicate that a badge is the source of an image. Badges do not have things like URLs, titles, authors, publishers, ISBNs or such which can be used for referencing websites or books. Stefan2 (talk) 15:03, 30 January 2016 (UTC)

Fails WP:NFCC#8 in Scouting and Guiding in Guadeloupe and Saint Martin. That article discusses scouting in general and not only the organisation Scouts et Guides de Saint Martin (the French organisation using this badge).
Fails WP:NFCC#10c in Scouting Antiano, but the article discusses the Dutch organisation which uses the badge, so it maybe passes WP:NFCC#8 in that article, although it possibly should be used in an article about a subdivision instead.
I'm not sure if the words 'collection of Chris' satisfy WP:NFCC#10a. I suspect that the source is a real badge, and I don't know how to indicate this in the source field. Stefan2 (talk) 15:10, 30 January 2016 (UTC)

This seems to fail WP:NFCC#10a. The text in the source field, The logo may be obtained from Scouting Ireland
, appear to be some standardised text which is added when the uploader doesn't bother specifying a source. It's unclear how to contact Scouting Ireland, whom within the organisation you should contact and what you should ask for. Also, since it is some kind of default text which is added by a template, it's unclear if the information is correct in the first place; default text might be added erroneously if the user who adds a template doesn't properly check what he's adding. Also, bad sources make it impossible to verify if the image is correct or not. Stefan2 (talk) 15:14, 30 January 2016 (UTC)

This appears to fail WP:NFCC#8 and WP:NFLISTS in Scouting and Guiding in Uruguay. The article is a list of various scouting organisations, and logos should only be used in the articles about the respective organisations.
Additionally, the file seems to violate WP:NFCC#10a for the same reasons as those explained in #File:Sea Scouts (Scouting Ireland) 2004.png above. Stefan2 (talk) 15:15, 30 January 2016 (UTC)
