This is not a gallery, it's a collage. In this case it seems justified for identification better than a gallery, as the article is about the whole series and not any single book. (The collage illustrates the common branding themes shared by all covers, and each cover is shown at less resolution because of this). This seems to be the rare case of which the policy is talking. A collage is obviously the same thing as a gallery. Sure, the wikicode is a little bit different, but the outcome looks the same. Additionally, WP:MONTAGE tells that "fair-use components are rarely appropriate, as each non-free image used in the creation of the montage contributes towards consideration of minimal use of non-free images". --Stefan2 (talk) 19:50, 20 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Tagged with ((subst:rfu)), but the tag was removed. This is a drawing of utilitarian objects (not copyrightable in the United States, see Commons:COM:UA) and logos which are either in the public domain (see Commons:COM:TOO) or de minimis. This can be replaced by a freely licensed image of the same clothes.

According to Special:PermanentLink/177152437, the initial file was a freely licensed drawing by Silent Wind of Doom (talk · contribs), but it seems that this drawing later was deleted per WP:CSD#F5 (which is not correct since F5 only applies to non-free files). Thus, this is replaceable by the initial revision of the file. I'm not sure how much later uploaders have changed or whether the differences between that file and the current one are below the threshold of originality or not. Why don't you just request an undeletion of the original file? F5 cases normally wouldn't qualify, but this is an unusual situation because of the possibility that it could be replaced with a deleted image. Indeed this was taken at random during the video, but there aren't many parts of the music video that would be suitable for an image, due to being heavily edited. Some of them are actually pictures of the singer in question depiced as a drawing and a heart with a sword in its middle while surrounded by flames. I do understand that this exact image does not show a lot related to what is said in the article, but as it is written there, "...it (the music video) shows images of the two gigs performed in Paris on March 22 and 23, alternating with images of the singer herself in many locations".
