  1. Add next day's level-1 date header
  2. Extract one day's content from RD/HD page, replacing it with link to daily archive page
  3. Create daily archive with content extracted in (2)
  4. Add link to, and TOC of, daily archive page to monthly archive page (creating monthly archive page if necessary)

As mentioned above, this is not a request for a bot flag, merely whatever kind of approval is needed for a semiautomatic bot.
