Added to GNIS from a book on "prehistoric irrigation", I have no idea why they thought this could be pinned on a particular spot, especially since almost everyone else thinks "Moqui" is either the name of a tribe or something someone made up one day. Essentially unsearchable but really I see no reason to think this indicates a real spot, though I must admit that I have not been able to gain access to the source work.
