It is the equivalent of Belarusian Вячаслаў/Вацлаў (transliterated Viačaslaŭ/Vaclaŭ, or Viachaslau/Vaclau), Croatian Vjenceslav, Czech Václav, Polish Wacław and Więcesław — Latinised as Wenceslaus.
