Hi, I'm CASSIOPEIA. I wanted to let you know that I saw the page you reviewed, Cataracts (Levi the Poet album), and have un-reviewed it again. If you have any questions, please ask them on my talk page. Thank you.
Hi CASSIOPEIA Did you mean to do that or was it an accident? The article has now been looked at by three NPP reviewers and an admin and is still unreviewed. If you disagree with my review, can you please clarify? Thanks Mduvekot (talk) 12:30, 5 March 2018 (UTC)
Hi Mduvekot, the page has no source and no inline citation, how the review is done without any source for verification? CASSIOPEIA(talk) 12:44, 5 March 2018 (UTC)
Hi CASSIOPEIA, I agree it's hard, if not impossible, to assess the notability of a subject without sources. That's why I reviewed and tagged it as I did, and left a message for the creator explaining just that. My feedback is here: [1]. If you still disagree, could you please do the review as you see fit but not leave it unreviewed. Thanks, Mduvekot (talk) 13:55, 5 March 2018 (UTC)
Hi Mduvekot, it should moved to draft space and get the creator to add the inline citation to verify the source as the articles's inline citation is the WP:BURDEN which it is on the person adding the information. Please note official website, records of sport events or individual player records are consider primary source and not independent source, and social network source such as facebook, twitter, instagram, imbd and etc are considered NOT reliable source and can not be used for citing. Independent reliable source are sources are those obtain from major newspaper, such as The Guardian, Sydney Morning Herald, CNN news and etc. or source obtain from major publisher of the work (for example, Random House or Cambridge University Press). Thank you. CASSIOPEIA(talk) 14:13, 5 March 2018 (UTC)
Hi CASSIOPEIA, I noticed that you are not a member of the Page movers group. Did you expect me to perform the move to Draft space (without leaving a redirect that needs deleting by an admin)? Thanks, Mduvekot (talk) 22:10, 5 March 2018 (UTC)
Hi Mduvekot, my understanding is that new page reviewer could more page to draft- see WP:DRAFTIFY. Thank you. CASSIOPEIA(talk) 23:52, 5 March 2018 (UTC)
I was very surprised to see that Vito Acconci is missing about 80% of his career! just in case you might be interested in passing through there... 104.163.148.25 (talk) 20:31, 7 March 2018 (UTC)
Hi Mduvekot! This is following your discussion about notability issues in the TrackInsight article on my page User talk:Abicu.
Many sources actually talked about the fundraising and the company itself (many of them are French since it's a French company), including the second-largest newspaper in France, Le Figaro in this article, this article and this article or on ETF.com in this article.
Should I include these sources? Would that be enough?
Hi Abicu Probably. That they are in French is not a problem. Non-English sources are just as valid as English sources. I'm a bit puzzled by the Figaro sources; they all seem to come from Agence Option Finance (aof.paris), which is not a source I've ever seen used on English (or French, for that matter) Wikipedia. Do you know more about those sources? Mduvekot (talk) 22:56, 8 March 2018 (UTC)
So I checked a few things about AOF. AOF, meaning Agence Option Finance, is the press agency releasing financial market updates for exchanges and finance professionals. The parent company is Option Finance. The fact that Le Figaro (again, second-largest newspaper in France) consumes their data through their press agency service means to me the source shall be considered serious. Also, this ETF.com article I talked about earlier is a good source. Anyway, I will update the article with these sources so that more information is provided to readers. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Abicu (talk • contribs) 05:31, 9 March 2018 (UTC)

Oksana Tanasiv page
I just received a message a page I created Oksana Tanasiv is marked for deletion due to many links to a personal website of artist. We would be removing all links and would like to stop the page from deletion.
The linking to artist’s website was done with the best intentions. As a page creator I was trying to give readers as much information about artist art collections as possible. If it is going against of Wikipedia rules, it can be removed. Please advise what steps should be done to stop it from deletion. Thanks.
Best,

Oksana Tanasiv Page
I need more time to fix the issues on Oksana Tanasiv page. Thank you Editorforart (talk) 01:09, 10 March 2018 (UTC)
If you write a draft, I'd be happy to review it for you. Please note however that I can almost guarantee you that Oksana Tanasiv does not meet our general notability guidelines and our notability criteria for artists, WP:ARTISTS. Per our general notability guidelines, we require significant coverage in independent, reliable sources. Also, consider the tone of the article. We're writing an encyclopedia. We do not promote artists, and require that any article is written from a neutral point of view. And again, please clarify "we". If you are, or are editing on behalf of Tanasiv, see WP:COI and take note that undisclosed paid editing is strictly forbidden. Mduvekot (talk) 01:23, 10 March 2018 (UTC)
Oksana Tanasiv
I would like to correct the draft of already published and deleted by you article according to your requirements. If possible, please help to review it and correct to meet the required rules.
Regarding your criteria for Artists Page, I can provide you a full list of published articles, independent press interviews, links to TV interviews to ensure Oksana Tanasiv meets criteria of your WP:Artist Page. It includes independent press articles and TV interviews in USA, Ukraine, London,UK.
Thank you in advance.
Editorforart The article has been deleted by an administrator [2] as unambiguous promotion. Since it has been deleted, I can't see it anymore but I still had my notes on the sources.
[3] I don't know Ukranian, but google translates the title as "The artist from Ternopil Region conquered New York". No evidence to support the hyperbolic claim is subsequently offered.
[4] is an interview posted on a blog, not a reliable source
[5] is not a reliable source and gives only a one-line mention, not significant coverage
[7] is local news. It is unsurprising that someone from Ternopil who emigrated to the US receives coverage in a local source, but it does not establish notability. It is based on information provided directly by Tanasiv, not independent reporting.
[9] is a local news source writing about a local artists from Norwalk, Connecticut that makes it clear that Tanasiv has not exhibited in notable galleries. The mention of the C. Parker Gallery is dubious, as the gallery does not list her as an artists they represent.
Unless you can provide significantly better sources I don't see how an article can be written based on those sources. Even if it were written from a neutral point of view an article cannot be sustained, because Tanasiv fails our notability criteria. Mduvekot (talk) 15:53, 10 March 2018 (UTC)
Significantly (on average to 1/4th) reduced the number of changes from Wikidata showing up on the watchlists and recent changes on Wikipedias and the other sister projects. This way changes that do not affect an article should no longer show up. We're still holding off roll-out to Commons, Cebuano, Waray-Waray and Armenian Wikipedia because of scalability concerns.

Hi, I just wanted to thank you for correcting my horrible mistakes on that article. It was my first one in English, so I had no clue about editing. Won't happen again. User:Frau von E. 02:17, 18 March 2018 (UTC)

Wikidata weekly summary #304
Here's your quick overview of what has been happening around Wikidata over the last week.
The property suggestions were updated last week, the last update was in December 2017. The most noticable effect is the higher ranking of "family name" (P734) on items about people. Input about the suggester is still welcome.

Hi, thank you for your review of Janeil Engelstad! art+fem editing noise
Because of the way I set the activity tracking time frame for the AGO event, the dashboard is picking up all of your editing activity since Saturday, not all of which is art+fem related. Not sure if you can/should sign out of the event to prevent distortion, or if we just accept a certain amount of "noise"? I wanted to capture the results of cleanup after the event but this is a side effect. the artchivist (talk) 21:05, 26 March 2018 (UTC)
Artchivist1 Ouch, I need to get out of there. Mduvekot (talk) 21:08, 26 March 2018 (UTC)

Page Aneta Bogdan
Hello @Mduvekot, thank you for the feedback on the page I created. I will check and add more relevant sources to the article. One question: are English news sources preferred to those that are local or in other languages (in this case, for example, to Romanian sources)? Then I know what to look for.
Thanks for reviewing my page on Elisapee Ishulutaq, I've added her to some categories (with help) and I would appreciate any more suggestions you might have.
FencingQueen — Preceding unsigned comment added by FencingQueen (talk • contribs) 00:13, 27 March 2018 (UTC)
FencingQueen, you're very welcome. I made some small changes to the infobox and the lead that are easier to do than to explain. I think they're self-explanatory. The WP:MOS has a long entry on how to do the stuff that goes in the brackets after the bolded name in the lead. I would move the mention of starting at the age of 45 down to the career section; the lead summarizes what's in the rest of the article. Imagine reading the article on your phone, and the lead is all you see. It has all the most important info from the more detailed sections that are collapsed in the mobile view. I noticed you've used some media coverage by the CBC about a recent work that may help put her comments about art being therapeutic in context. I would also consider adding a section about the Pangnirtung print shop (she seems to be the last surving original member). I might make a few more changes, like italicizing the names of works. You're doing great, thanks so much. Mduvekot (talk) 00:51, 27 March 2018 (UTC)
Viña Tipaume
Thanks for reviewing my page on Viña Tipaume, I've made the changes suggested by you. Any other feedback you may have, will be greatly appreciated. FRPGCHILE (talk) 10:45, 27 March 2018 (UTC)
84281G The article was deleted as (G11: Unambiguous advertising or promotion). You editing history strongly suggests that you are an undisclosed paid editor, which is a violation of the terms of use. I don't think that you're here to contribute constructively, and I have no interest to spend my volunteer time helping you massage a promotional piece for an ICO scam into a passable article. To be perfectly clear, I think paid editing should be banned completely, and I am under no obligation whatsoever to help paid editors. Mduvekot (talk) 12:20, 29 March 2018 (UTC)
April 2018 at Women in Red
Welcome to Women in Red's April 2018 worldwide online editathons.
ACTRIAL's six month experiment restricting new page creation to (auto)confirmed users ended on 14 March. As expected, a greatly increased number of unsuitable articles and candidates for deletion are showing up in the feed again, and the backlog has since increased already by ~30%. Please consider reviewing a few extra articles each day.
Paid editing
Now that ACTRIAL is inoperative pending discussion, please be sure to look for tell-tale signs of undisclosed paid editing. Contact the creator if appropriate, and submit the issue to WP:COIN if necessary.
Subject-specific notability guidelines
The box at the right contains each of the subject-specific notability guidelines, please review any that are relevant BEFORE nominating an article for deletion.
While patrolling articles, if you find an editor that is particularly competent at creating quality new articles, and that user has created more than 25 articles (rather than stubs), consider nominating them for the 'Autopatrolled' user right HERE.
