All things being equal, there's clearly a good article here. It is not ready for article place. It has issues including broken image links; unsuccessful attempts to embed third party images; bare references &c. But it also has borrowed too much from e.g. Spartucis ... we really cannot just pull three successive paragraphs when we have the capacity to paraphrase.
I question some of the digressions. This is an article about the individual. Do we need three long sections on the background to a general strike? The section Annex: The UK economy in the early 1920s – Reasons for low growth: is wholly superfluous.
I hope the article is greatly pruned; and its format compared to other wikipedia articles such that the references and primary sources cohere.
