RE: AskDrLove I would like to make this page more informative so that I can keep it from being deleted. Do you have any pointers? Ask Dr. Love
About my page Knindza I'm gonna update it as soon as possible, since people know me like that (It's my nick name in Real Life, and some games like WoW, etc) Since i'm working a lot, i will need few days to update and release it. Hi, I wasn't copying you I was just copying the warning to warn a user. I just forgot to change your name to mine and again I'm sorry. --CourtneyBonnick (talk) 18:56, 25 August 2013 (UTC)
By the way this user called himself is the same one that evaded blocks and by this is currently evading another one. Can you verify it with a checkuser for me please?--Mishae (talk) 14:58, 31 August 2013 (UTC)
Hi, this is just a heads up that the warning template you used on User talk:Brandholic was not correct. I believe that Template:uw-idt1 (and related templates) are for image deletion tags, not Prod tags.
Regardless, prod tags can be contested (and removed) by any user. From the proposed deletion template:
You may remove this message if you improve the article or otherwise object to deletion for any reason.

Welcome to Wikipedia. Please do not remove Articles for deletion notices from articles, or remove other people's comments in Articles for deletion debates, as you did with Kim Ju Ae. Otherwise, it may be difficult to create consensus. If you oppose the deletion of an article, please comment at the respective page instead. This is an automated message from a bot about this edit, where you removed the deletion template from an article before the deletion discussion was complete. If this message is in error, please report it. —cyberbot I NotifyOnline 18:27, 11 September 2013 (UTC)
I contest the speedy deletion because: I am sorry, I didn't mean to delete the speedy deletion. I simply went to the page and added a couple of reference. I have more references and will be working on this over the following week. Michael Ray Johnston is a historic figure in the rock music heritage of Kansas City, MO. He has written a number of copyrighted songs and commercial ads in the 70's and was a member of several prominent bands whose members are part of published record contracts. As I am able to get more references I will be expanding the page and linking it to the appropriate support material. I also plan to upload picture of musicians Michael has worked with and link them to their wiki pages. It will all come together over time. If you have any suggestions on how I can do this more appropriately I will make every attempt to because I feel this is an important part of Kansas City's musical heritage. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Johnstonrk (talk • contribs) 06:27, 27 September 2013 (UTC)
I am starting to work on a page about British artist Anna Teasdale. No sooner had I started, you kindly marked it for deletion ? Not sure how helpful or encouraging this is to a new contributor...it's meant to be fun and not like working for an unreasonable newspaper editor. There is sufficient verifiable information on the page to build on. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Dcfd121 (talk • contribs) 20:53, 14 September 2013 (UTC)
Thanks for your helpful input. I thought I was in my sandbox working on a draft. I'd like to implement your suggested changes but I can't find the article now. Has it been deleted? Can I recover the content to put it into a proper new article ("Watercooler (Shared workspace)" as you suggested)? Should I also be using ((newpage)) at the top of pages that are in the sandbox, or is that redundant? (Shnugabug (talk) 13:40, 17 September 2013 (UTC))
Hi Loriendrew, i thought that New Zealand being a English speaking nation and county, that they should have a Ben and Jerry's shop, yet they dont even have a 7-Eleven shop either, neither that only Canada, Australia, South Africa, The USA and The UK & Ireland only have B&J's, ps no 7-11 in SA, UK or IE too thanks many help, Jon — Preceding unsigned comment added by 80.192.198.201 (talk) 17:57, 19 September 2013 (UTC)
Hi! I did not add ANY bias material whatsoever. I only added DIRECT REFERENCED information straight from the USD Biographical website on Bill Janklow. I have no idea why you would flag me for adding biased material when all I added was specific legal cases he had which are public facts? The author of the biographical information on the educational website gave me full permission to use and add the information to this biased article. It is annoying to work hard and add facts by the book only to have it reverted and flagged by online mall cops that have nothing better to do. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Lindseyjanklow (talk • contribs) 22:38, 22 September 2013 (UTC)

hi,
saw you marked the page i've created for 'Adi Ulmansky' for deletion. that's ok - it was rather empty. i have a full page with lots of references for everything i write there in my sandbox (not sure if you can see that), but when i try to publish it as an article, i get an error from an automated filter saying it is not a constructive article. i don't know what makes the filter detect that as such, but this is why i tried publishing a rather empty page first - and add sections gradually to see what causes the problem...
any help understanding the filter would be great. 10x — Preceding unsigned comment added by Lilwiktube (talk • contribs) 07:20, 2 October 2013 (UTC)
You recently reinstated a section removed from Tastes like chicken regarding meat that tastes like chicken. I removed that section for the following reasons 1) It references and incredibly obscure Museum of Comparative Zoology article, which in many cases infers flavour by taking a guess based on an evolutionary theory proposed by the author, with no recognisable basis in any other recognised field of study I can think of or see mentioned. 2) the article referenced is incredibly poor, only a few pages in length, and has comments such as "5. I have only eaten ostrich as ground meat patties sold in an upscale brew pub Westwood, California,USA." and similar 3) Most importantly, it's wrong. Very wrong, on many counts. The most obvious Kangaroo, for example, is a very strong, a dark red meat, that tastes like a strong gamey venison if anything.
The content is misleading and of no value, and 30 seconds on google will give hundred references of more value. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 59.167.211.103 (talk) 06:43, 3 October 2013 (UTC)
Hi there Loriendrew,
I am currently in the process of creating my first Wikipedia Article, I am no where near finished with it, I just wanted to see how it would look like and how Wikipedia actually handles new articles.
Can I still edit it, or will it be deleted now?
Thanks, Rain.tanthera (talk) 19:33, 3 October 2013 (UTC)
hello. You left me a message on my talk page, warning me against vandalising articles. I have not vandalised any articles. I would not vandalise any articles. I honestly have no idea what you are talking about. Could you please explain? Perhaps you made a mistake? Siluridevil (talk) 13:02, 4 October 2013 (UTC)
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Philip_Guarino In regards to "Loriendrew"'s first critique, I have removed the info regarding Ronald Regan as it appears as if "Loriendrew" is correct. ```` Therefore this item has been deleted from the article: "*Ronald Reagan picked Philip to be his campaign manager in the successful 1980 Presidential Elections." It appears that my reference I used was at fault for this. To see my faulty reference, please go to this link: http://www.phoenixmasonry.org/propaganda_due_the_italian_crisis.htm and look 14 paragrhaps down: [1]. It states: "...who introduced Gelli in Washington, D. C. to Philip Guarino, Ronald Regan's campaign manager in the 1980 Presidential Election,...". In regards to "Loriendrew"'s second critique, (that Philip Guarino was not Barry Goldwater's 1964 Campaign Manager). This article does not claim that he was. However, I have removed this reference to Barry Gold Water's 1964 Campaign Director until I can confirm that my source is correct. Maybe "Loriendrew" is correct, I'll be happy to find out and report back here to give him credit. Philip was listed as one of Goldwater's several "Director's", very different from a "Campaign Manager". And I quote form the article, "In 1964 he was Barry Goldwater’s Presidential Campaign Director." — Preceding unsigned comment added by Dr. B. Jones (talk • contribs) 22:03, 4 October 2013 (UTC) This page should not be speedy deleted as pure vandalism or a blatant hoax, because it is neither vandalism or a hoax. It was carefully researched and put together and uses 19 references so far and soon to be more as I get to time to continue adding references. "Loriendrew" disagreeing with 2 points is not reason enough to call for a speedy deleting. If "Loriendrew" disagrees with something, they should explain their reasons. If "Loriendrew" is correct, I will be happy to modify the article.
Instead of being quick to assume vandalism, why not report errors to the authors and ask them to fix it? Maybe some authors have good intentions and my Philip Guarino article was only just created today and is a work in progress that would benefit from your input. Dr. B. Jones (talk) 23:19, 4 October 2013 (UTC)
Can you please try to actually read my rationale before spamming my talk page with condescending templates? Clam Digging Johnson (talk) 21:31, 6 October 2013 (UTC)
You were correct on User:WihGuys being a sockpuppet. When a brand new account recreates an article with an unusual name that just got deleted, especially if the content is rather non-sensical, then there is a good chance that it is a new sockpuppet. I rechecked their deleted contributions and it confirms their sockpuppet. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 16:58, 7 October 2013 (UTC)
Thanks for answering my question about how to cite the same source more than once :-) Dr. B. Jones (talk) 21:33, 7 October 2013 (UTC)
Hello Lorien,
can you please explain to me why this persiflage of war is "good faith"??? Its irony perfectly adresses the bigotry of war-leading nations and believing in war is certainly way more "good faith" than posting a critical of it?
Kind regards,

Hi! I think that this series of photos does not reflect the reality of slums in the global scale. It mentions random slums, and fails to mention the largest slums. Slums in Europe are rare, and larger slums than in Serbia (southern Europe) exist in Romania (southern Europe), at least according to this: http://www.targetmap.com/viewer.aspx?reportId=15913
A more reliable map of slums is already on wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Urban_population_living_in_slums.svg
To make the picture accurate, we should show where the slums are actually present. I mean really present. Not where we think they might be some. There are some slums in all Europe but they are relatively small. The one in Madrid is relatively big for Europe but still tiny in world's scale - 16 km long: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k7GNQNsr1pw
You could equally show pictures of vineyards in Finland, instead of Spain, Italy or Greece.
Serbia actually did have its shanty towns during the war in the process of decay of Yugoslavia, but it was about 20-15 years ago, not now. --188.79.76.188 (talk) 05:46, 13 October 2013 (UTC)
Note: Re: the message you left on User talk:Theescapebandpa telling them you tagged The Escape (Band, USA) for deletion because "it seems to be inappropriate for a variety of reasons". The message dopes not tell them anything useful as it is not specific enough. You could always use a standard templated message (preferred) or at least tag it as A7 and tell them about notability under WP:BAND. I deleted the article as A7. It is always more helpful to the newbie user to let them know exactly what the issue is. Thank you for your attention. -- Alexf(talk) 12:35, 18 October 2013 (UTC)

A tag has been placed on Warwick International Hotels, requesting that it be speedily delete... Mean as custard (talk) 11:36, 21 October 2013 (UTC)
I took care of your report, but in the future requests for revoking talk page access should go to WP:RFPP. When the AIV bot is running it archives blocked reports automatically, so admins wouldn't get to see it. The bot is pretty inconsistent though, so you could get away with bending the rules. Mark Arsten (talk) 17:30, 21 October 2013 (UTC)
When an article's already had an AFD, you don't tack the new AFD onto the bottom of the old one. You create a new page at "Name of article (Nth nomination)". I moved your nomination to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Luke Taylor (2nd nomination) for you. If you plan to participate in deletion discussions often, I would recommend installing Twinkle to automate the whole thing. Ten Pound Hammer • (What did I screw up now?) 00:32, 24 October 2013 (UTC)
I removed the following statement: Pichamon Yeophantong became the youngest undergraduate at Thammasat University at 13 years old, graduating with a 4.00GPA; later graduated with a Master's degree, first-class honours, at 18, followed by a PhD in International Relations both from the Australian National University; held visiting positions at Peking University and National Taiwan University; offered fellowships at Oxford, Princeton, and Thammasat at age 22; homeschooled, could speak eight languages by her early teens.[128][129]
Because Pichamon did not graduate at 13 with a 4.0 GPA. The references given do not confirm this claim. Every time I remove this part, someone reverses my deletion. Here is the proof that this is a false claim. Please go to this website and search her name in this document. She received her Bachelor's at 17! I, in fact, wrote to her about this, but she never replied.
About my page on Sinbad and the Eye of the Tiger, I went back in and fixed the issue. I believe. It appeared to be on a different page than the speedy deletion. It is amazing how much one digit obliterates everything. My apologies. Thanks for the notification. — Preceding unsigned comment added by LeeBeckner (talk • contribs) 23:56, 24 October 2013 (UTC)
I recently removed a speedy delete tag that you had placed on Naldanga. I do not think that Naldanga fits any of the speedy deletion criteriabecause A quick Google search on Jhenaidah was enough to make the context clear. I request that you consider not re-tagging Naldanga for speedy deletion without discussing the matter on the appropriate talk page. DES (talk) 05:20, 26 October 2013 (UTC)

You suggested my article be deleted because there is a duplicate, but the duplicate is actually incorrect yet someone keeps reverting it back to everything i edit. Note the spelling of Magdalen institutions, which is incorrect in that original article... How can i correct this if someone keeps reverting the original article when i edit it and you want to delete the new one with the corrected info??? I am researching this subject for a dissertation and am well versed on this subject and want there to be an accurate page on wiki. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Marygmu (talk • contribs) 02:48, 3 November 2013 (UTC)
This is a graduate class assignment that i'm trying to complete. And it's based on my extensive research. If one can't edit a wiki page that has incorrect information, then what benefit does this site have? Continuously defending inaccurate information on a site can, if defended long enough, supplement truth. Which is, in fact, very dangerous. Have you ever read Orwell's 1984, for example? That's a great fictionalized example of how "truths" and "history" can be corrupted. My information in not biased. These institutions, particularly the Irish variety were oppressive institutions that committed major human rights violations. Would you suggest that a page on "slavery" should not include the horrors and mis-treatments that individuals suffered? I'm completely perplexed re: your position on this matter. Marygmu (talk) 18:11, 3 November 2013 (UTC)
Also, something can be "properly cited" but have absolutely no validity. Many of the citations on the page *are* books about Magdalen institutions, but the information provided does not match the source. Marygmu (talk) 18:13, 3 November 2013 (UTC)
I was hoping to converse with you on your decision to tag The Benedict Robertson Conspiracy page as Vandalism. I find little fault in the article and fail to see how you do. Yes, there are probably less sources than required, and I am doing my best to find more. A picture of the document in question is pending, as permission to photograph is in high demand. Hopefully you can understand my predicament and allow the article to continue to exist for further editing. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Shemaemae36 (talk • contribs) 20:31, 5 November 2013 (UTC)
