The article List of U.S. state cacti has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Texas did not declare a state cactus, but made a cactus the state plant. Effectively, this is a list with one entry. Alternative, Colorado could be added to List of U.S. state and territory plants and botanical gardens, but it is already a bit of a mashup.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the ((proposed deletion/dated))
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing ((proposed deletion/dated))
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
A discussion is taking place as to whether the article List of U.S. state cacti is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.
The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of U.S. state cacti until a consensus is reached, and anyone, including you, is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.
Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion notice from the top of the article.
I saw that you considered that other states might designate a state cactus. They might not. I appreciate your further input. BiologicalMe (talk) 16:57, 31 January 2020 (UTC)

Hello! I recently worked on a draft for an Armenian man, Sir Vartan Melkonian (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:Vartan_Melkonian). As you can see, my submission was declined for not adhering to a neutral POV and for lacking sources to support his notability. As I am a new Wiki user, I would appreciate the help of more experienced editors in the resubmission process. I saw you have an interest in Armenia, as do I, and it would be great to raise visibility of Armenians in an otherwise Euro-centric space. — Preceding unsigned comment added by PinkElixir (talk • contribs) 03:26, 17 February 2020 (UTC)

A tag has been placed on Category:Punjab (Pakistan) templates requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. Hello, and thank you for setting up the user location templates. I see that a couple of them link to disambiguation pages. By analogy with ((User Georgia (U.S. state)/par)), I think ((User Palestine/par)) may need something like |wpt=the State of Palestine
and ((User Victoria/par)) something like |wpt=Victoria, Australia
. However, as they have complex substs, I thought I'd better leave this one to the expert. Certes (talk) 20:34, 17 May 2020 (UTC)

Hi Buaidh,
I noticed that you created List of mountain peaks of Washington back in 2015. This article appears to be a duplicate of List of mountain peaks of Washington (state). Can you help to merge these two articles in a way that seems fit? It is confusing that these articles have nearly the same name, and similar (but different) content. I have also raised this discussion at Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Mountains#Merge_/_redirect_List_of_mountain_peaks_of_Washington_(state)_with_List_of_mountain_peaks_of_Washington, if you would like to comment there. I don't have a preference to "keep" your article or the other one, but it would be helpful to keep only one of these two articles.
Thanks, Natg 19 (talk) 16:35, 19 May 2020 (UTC)
I was unaware of the List of mountain peaks of Washington (state) when I created the List of mountain peaks of Washington. We could merge the List of mountain peaks of Washington into the List of mountain peaks of Washington (state). The List of mountain peaks of Washington and the 19 above lists use a prominence cutoff of 500 meters (1640.4 feet) rather than the 300 meters (984.3 feet) of the older list. We should probably use the greater cutoff. Yours aye, Buaidh talk contribs 17:46, 19 May 2020 (UTC)

Hi, I am trying to update https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special%3AWhatLinksHere&target=Ras+Al+Khaimah&namespace=10 so that they link to Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah rather than Ras Al Khaimah.
I put the full name into Template:User Ras Al Khaimah/par, which states that it should be subst'd into Template:User in Ras Al Khaimah as soon as possible, but I can't figure out exactly what to do. Please can you clarify the instructions for these intricate templates?

To be able to claim prizes, please also ensure to list your articles on the users by articles page. We would be awarding prizes to different categories of winners:
We are very excited about what has been achieved so far, but your contributions are still needed to further exceed all expectations! Let’s create more articles before the end of this contest, which is this November!!!

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice to inform you that a tag has been placed on Yavapai County, Arizona Territory requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, a "See also" section, book references, category tags, template tags, interwiki links, images, a rephrasing of the title, a question that should have been asked at the help or reference desks, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

Hey there! I've noticed that several edits you've made have deleted definitions of references that are still in use within the article. I've cleaned them up, and one of the robots has cleaned up a bunch too. I hope you'll consider checking the results of your changes before moving along; there's no reason to leave an article in worse condition than you found it. -- Mikeblas (talk) 00:37, 23 November 2020 (UTC)
"ZIPcode"
reference you added, but for now it's not there. And so the article shows "Cite error: The named reference ZIPcode was invoked but never defined" instead of any useful reference. -- Mikeblas (talk) 21:09, 23 November 2020 (UTC)
