A request for my recall must concern a dispute about my administrative actions, which should be backed up by diffs and will only be valid if s/he has attempted to resolve the dispute with me and failed. I like to think most things can be solved with sensible discussion.
I will hold a straw poll-like "vote" (with discussion!), lasting 7 days, where editors in good community standing (6 months on the project, 1 months current mainspace editing, no recent blocks/arbcom sanction) may vote on whether or not I retain the tools. Consensus will be determined by uninvolved admin/bureaucrat. No consensus = no change.
I was given the tools based on the consensus that I could be trusted with them. If I feel that I don't have the trust of the community, I'd resign the tools.
"I think foo [diff] was abuse of admin tools. Please explain." [Message left at my talk page]
Discussion ensues
Result A: Discussion ends with a response that satisfies community. [End process]
Result B: Discussion ends with a response that does not satisfy the community.
"I am requesting the recall of your tools" [Message left at my talk page]
Vote with discussion ensues with format:
7 days pass, consensus judged by uninvolved admin/bcrat
Result A: Consensus for recall of admin tools. [Admin tools recalled]
Result B: No consensus for recall of admin tools. [Admin tools retained]
