It would be nice if someone would add a section explaining why the lenders are so godawful eager to get you to consolidate. I get an offer in the mail almost every day. What's in it for them?
Yeah, there are a lot of shady lenders out there. Please also add a list of reasons why students shouldn't consolidate.
