How is this pronounced? It "rap-eyed", "rap-E-day, or "rap-eed"? I am asking this because I thought that the Vantage, pronounced "van-tuj", was pronounced "van-tazh". 67.188.172.165 17:04, 19 July 2006 (UTC)
Rap-eyed and van-tuj :) 2600:1012:B01E:7924:F3C8:197C:9E1C:C1E6 (talk) 16:45, 14 February 2020 (UTC)
Image:Aston martin rapide.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 22:36, 31 May 2007 (UTC)
Is won of "Car Design" nomination in the 2011 World Car of the Year award wrong? Urbanowatcher (talk) 07:26, 4 August 2012 (UTC)
To those who change the "Manufacturer" infobox to include entities building cars under contract or licence: Template:Infobox automobile defines "manufacturer" as follows:
"Manufacturer: the entity responsible for the vehicle's development, although not necessarily the company that physically assembles the vehicle"
Therefore, if the contractor or licensee is not responsible for the vehicle's development, or has not developed the licenced vehicle further, then they are not the "manufacturer" to be listed in the infobox.

Is Rapide (and Lagonda Rapide Shooting Brake) actually four-door or five-door? According to its large full size rear door, it should be classified as 5-door, isn't it?

Here to proposed a new image on the Aston Martin RapidE. I find it better to use a complete and undisguised example to be used in the article. --Vauxford (talk) 01:36, 7 November 2019 (UTC)
