The North American NA-335 was the company's entry into the US Air Force's 1960s F-X program.
The NA-335 resembled the T-10 or Su-27, however the NA-335 lacked the gap between the engine nacelles, and only a single vertical fin.[1]
The Air Force however preferred McDonnell Douglas's F-15 Eagle.[2]
Not much else was known about the program.
It was to be 61ft long, 18ft tall, and have a wingspan of 46ft.[2]
