Ni Ni Lin Eain (Burmese: နီနီလင်းအိမ်; born 14 November 1998) is a Burmese architect,[1] model[2] and beauty pageant titleholder.[1][3] She represented Myanmar at Miss Grand International 2023 held in Vietnam on 25 of October, where she placed as first runner up.[1][4]
Previously, she participated in Miss Universe Myanmar 2022 but withdrew due to family issues.[1][5]
She was born on 14 November 1999 in Mudon, Myanmar.[2] She graduated with Diploma in Civil Engineering from the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Academy in Toa Payoh, Singapore.[1]
Ni Ni Lin Eain began her pageantry in 2022 by participating in the Miss Universe Myanmar 2022 pageant, where she was elected as one of the 16 national finalists. However, Ni Ni Lin Eain later withdrew from the competition on October 1, prior to the coronation night, due to her mother's unstable health.[5] In late November 2022, Ni Ni Lin Eain was appointed as Myanmar representative to Miss Grand International 2023 by Glamorous International.[6]
Ni Ni Lin Eain represented Myanmar at Miss Grand International 2023, held at the Phú Thọ Indoor Stadium in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, where she won the Global Beauties Choice – Miss Photogenic Award and the Grand Pageant's Choice Award at the preliminary competition launched on 24 October 2023.[7]
In the pageant's grand final round held on October 25, Ni Ni Lin Eain won the Country's Power of the Year Award, which automatically qualified for the top 20.[8][9] Afterwards, she also won the Miss Popular Vote Award and was automatically placed among the top 10 finalists.[1][9] At the end of the competition, Luciana Fuster of Peru became the winner, and Ni Ni Lin Eain finished as the first runner-up.[1][10]
