Route 778 is a 10.8-kilometre (6.7 mi) long north to south secondary highway in the south-eastern portion of New Brunswick, Canada mostly in Kings County.
The routes northern terminus starts in Pennfield at Route 176 and travels south-east passing through a mostly wooded area as it crosses an unknown steam as it passes Woodland Cove then Beaver Harbour then arriving in Beaver Harbour. From here, the route is known as Deadmans Harbour Rd. The route passes Moose Island as it passes through Deadmans Harbour then ending in the community of Blacks Harbour at Route 176.[2]
