Liberty Island is a mostly-flooded island in the Sacramento–San Joaquin River Delta,[2][3][4] in Solano County, California.[5][6][7][8] It is administered by Reclamation District 2093.[9] Its coordinates are 38°17′13″N 121°40′43″W / 38.28694°N 121.67861°W[1], and the United States Geological Survey measured its elevation as 0 ft (0 m) in 1981.[1]
