Cerebremancer is a prestige class (PrC) in the role-playing game Dungeons & Dragons. This class is detailed in the Expanded Psionics Handbook. It is a combination the abilities of the psion and an arcane magic user, i.e. wizard/psion. The character embodies a connection between the world of arcane and the psionic world and seeks knowledge from both sources. They use d4 for hit dice.
