The 82nd Oregon Legislative Assembly is the legislative session of the Oregon Legislative Assembly that convened on January 9, 2023.

The Democratic Party of Oregon holds a majority in both chambers: after the 2022 Oregon State Senate election, the Democrats hold a 17–13 majority, and after the 2022 Oregon House of Representatives election, the Democrats have a 35–25 majority.[1]

The Oregon State Senate is composed of 17 Democrats, 11 Republicans, and one Independent. One seat is currently vacant.[2]
